1.10 報(bào)價(jià)人資格要求：

Qualification requirements for Bidders:

1.10.1 本次詢價(jià)不接受聯(lián)合體報(bào)價(jià)。

Joint Venture (JV) Bids will not be accepted for this tender.

1.10.2 一個(gè)制造商對同一品牌同一型號(hào)的設(shè)備，僅能委托一個(gè)代理商參加報(bào)價(jià)。

A manufacturer shall authorize one and only agent to submit a bid for the equipment of the same brand and the same model.

1.10.3 本次詢價(jià)要求報(bào)價(jià)人具有與本詢價(jià)項(xiàng)目相應(yīng)的供貨能力。

Bidders for this tender are required to have the corresponding supply capability with this tendering project.

報(bào)價(jià)文件遞交方式：電子版報(bào)價(jià)文件，報(bào)價(jià)人須在報(bào)價(jià)截止時(shí)間前在電商平臺(tái)在線提交。使用五礦離線投標(biāo)工具編制投標(biāo)文件，根據(jù)電商平臺(tái)相關(guān)操作提示，完成加密商務(wù)文件、技術(shù)文件及數(shù)據(jù)包上傳。（報(bào)價(jià)人登錄電商平臺(tái)后在首頁下載操作手冊、操作視頻及五礦離線投標(biāo)工具）

Quotation submission method: Electronic version of the quotation document, the bidder must submit it online on the e-commerce platform before the quotation deadline. Use the offline bidding tool of Minmetals to prepare bidding documents, and upload encrypted business files, technical files, and data packages according to the relevant operation prompts of the e-commerce platform. After logging into the e-commerce platform, the bidder downloads the operation manual, operation video, and Minmetals offline bidding tool from the homepage

電商平臺(tái)操作建議選用谷歌chorme、微軟edge或360極速瀏覽器。建議在投標(biāo)截止時(shí)間前一日上傳投標(biāo)文件，以免電商平臺(tái)繁忙，影響投標(biāo)。

It is recommended to use Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or 360 Speed Browser for operating e-commerce platforms. It is recommended to upload the bidding documents one day before the bidding deadline to avoid the e-commerce platform being busy and affecting the bidding process.

1.13保密協(xié)議：為保護(hù)詢價(jià)人的專利技術(shù)和技術(shù)圖紙資料不被擴(kuò)散和轉(zhuǎn)讓，報(bào)價(jià)人在報(bào)價(jià)過程以及合同執(zhí)行過程中遵守保密條款，承擔(dān)保密的責(zé)任和義務(wù)。

Confidentiality Agreement: To protect the proprietary technology and technical drawing information of the Tenderer from spreading and transfer, the Bidders shall comply with the confidentiality clause and assume the responsibility and obligation of confidentiality during the bidding process as well as the contract execution.

1.14確認(rèn)回執(zhí)：貴單位收到本邀請書后，請于2024年10月28日17:00（**時(shí)間）時(shí)前，以書面形式確認(rèn)是否參加報(bào)價(jià)。在本邀請書規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)未表示是否參加報(bào)價(jià)或明確表示不參加報(bào)價(jià)的，不得再參加報(bào)價(jià)。
